A lovely new auntie called me and wanted something "not boring" for her sister in law to celebrate baby Henry's birth. Red and yellow French parrot tulips, bubbly yellow mimosa and some tiny red tulips scattered about make a charming welcome to new baby and parents. This arrangement goes from the bottom up in a cylinder of clear glass.
